Custom Orders

Most custom orders can take up to 10+ days to create depending on the request. It's best to order as soon as possible as suppliers have delayed shipping due to COVID holiday orders.

To ensure Christmas delivery, please keep the following dates in mind:

• If item(s) are to be shipped: Order must be placed by December 5. Custom orders are not eligible for the flat rate shipping price. Shipping estimates will be included with your quote.
• If item(s) are to be picked up locally: Order must be placed by December 10.

Custom orders are subject to special terms and conditions that will be outlined in your quote. Typically a 50% deposit is required when the quote is signed and returned.
