Shipping/Pick Up

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and ready to ship/pick up within 1-3 business days (M-F) after they are received. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for processing during holidays and special events (clearance and flash sales). If you have a rush order, please let us know in advance by sending a message (use the Contact Us page) and we will do everything we can to get your order out immediately. Custom orders will have separate delivery dates depending on the size of the order.

Shipping

Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Any difference in actual shippping charges in excess of $1.00 will be refunded to you when your order is processed.

Typical delivery for Priority Mail is 3-7 days after your order is mailed. We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed and packed, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier information to update.

Single-item and low-weight orders may qualify for First Class shipping. If your order qualifies, it will show up as an option. 

Please make sure you verify the "ship to" address when submitting your order. We cannot change the address after your order is submitted.

Extreme care is given to packaging your order so that it arrives undamaged. Inspect your items as soon as they are received. If there are any problems with your order (damaged or missing items), please notify us with photos within 5 calendar days and we will open a claim with the post office. Product replacements will not be made after 5 days after they are delivered.

Local Pick Up Options

If you prefer to pick up your order, select "Local Pickup" (free shipping) when submitting your order. Pick up is in Virginia Beach (Kempsville area). You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Any order not picked up within 21 days is considered abandoned; your order will be canceled and refunded less a 20% fee.

Mondays: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Wednesdays: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
