Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and ready to ship/pick up within 1-3 business days (M-F) after they are received. Please allow 3-5 days for processing during holidays and special events (clearance and flash sales). If you have a rush order, please let us know in advance by sending a message (use the Contact Me page) and we will do everything we can to get your order out immediately. Custom orders will have separate delivery dates depending on the size of the order.
Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight/size of your order. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically have a 2-3 day delivery time. You will be provided with a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
Single-item and low-weight orders may qualify for First Class shipping. If your order qualifies, it will show up as an option.
Please make sure you verify the "ship to" address when submitting your order. We cannot change the address after your order is submitted. Extreme care is given to packaging your order so that it arrives undamaged. Once a package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for missing shipments or damage caused beyond our control. Customer is responsible filing for all insurance claims through the post office.
Local Pick Up Options
If you prefer to pick up your order, select "Local Pickup" (free shipping) when submitting your order. You can select to pick up in Virginia Beach (Kempsville area), or in Chesapeake (Great Bridge area). You will receive an email when your order is ready with available pick up days. Any order not picked up within 30 days is considered abandoned; your order will be canceled and refunded less a 20% fee.
